We know Terms & Conditions aren't the most exciting thing to read, but they're important so we're all clear on how our services work, what to expect, and how we keep things fair for everyone.

GENERAL

• Sunbed use is strictly for customers aged 18 years and over.

• All customers must complete and sign a Health Questionnaire and Terms & Conditions before using our facilities.

• By signing these documents, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history, medication, health conditions, pregnancy status, or any other information that may affect your suitability for sunbed use.

• BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse service where we believe use of our facilities may be unsuitable or unsafe.

• Customers use our facilities at their own risk and must follow all instructions provided by staff.

• Only tanning products approved by BAKE. Group Ltd may be used on our sunbeds.

• BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse the use of any tanning product brought onto the premises.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring any products used comply with these requirements.

• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to sunbeds, acrylics, fixtures, fittings, or equipment through misuse, negligence, deliberate acts, or the use of unauthorised products.

• Any repair, replacement, specialist cleaning, or restoration costs incurred as a result of customer-caused damage may be charged to the customer in full.

• BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, prices, promotions, and offers at any time.

COURSES

• Standard courses are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Promotional, discounted, sale, or special offer courses are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Courses may not be shared unless a designated sharing course has been purchased.

• Sharing courses must be allocated to the named individuals at the time of purchase and may only be shared between the two specified people.

• Unused minutes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, products, or alternative services.

• Expired courses will not be extended unless required by law or at the sole discretion of management.

LOYALTY CARD SCHEME

• Only one loyalty card may be held per customer at any one time.

• One stamp will be issued per qualifying course purchase transaction.

• Multiple course purchases made within the same transaction will qualify for one stamp only.

• Courses purchased for another person will not qualify for loyalty card stamps.

• Loyalty stamps can only be collected on courses purchased for the named cardholder's own account.

• Loyalty stamps are not available on gift voucher purchases, promotional items, discounted products, sale courses, special offers, or sharing courses.

• Upon receiving 8 stamps, customers qualify for a half-price individual course of either 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

• Loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Loyalty cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder.

• Loyalty rewards have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, products, or alternative services.

• Lost, damaged, or incomplete loyalty cards cannot be replaced.

• BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or refuse loyalty rewards where misuse of the scheme is suspected.

GIFT VOUCHER

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

• Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift vouchers will not be replaced.

• Gift vouchers remain subject to all BAKE. Group Ltd Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

• Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specifically stated.

• Sale prices and promotional offers are available only during the advertised period.

• Promotional courses and offers are subject to their own expiry dates and conditions.

• BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

MISUSE

• Any misuse of customer accounts, loyalty cards, promotions, gift vouchers, courses, or offers may result in the benefit being withdrawn without refund.

• Purchase and use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

BAKE. Group Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts where abusive, threatening, aggressive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour occurs towards staff, customers, or the business.
